• Our Process

    RASE cutting edge IT process, as provided by the HaulTech integrated Traffic Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), offers customers full and seamless integration with their own IT systems to supply full vision of their orders, from the point of placing the order through to final delivery.

    Click through the following slides for a snapshot of the IT process.

  • Order Receipt

    Customers place orders directly into the HaulTech system by either;

    • Logging onto the RASE secure portal and inputting their orders
    • Transferring orders directly from their own IT systems by CSV file
    • Opting for the fully integrated seamless method with major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems To discuss your preferred method please ask for further details.
  • Consignment Tracking

    Customers log onto the secure RASE portal to view their own portfolio of orders. The TMS seamlessly integrates with the HaulTech Trackman Satellite Tracking system (fitted in all RASE vehicles) to find their current location relevant to that specific order. If the delivery has still to be made an estimated time of arrival at the specific delivery point is shown on screen – giving customers the confidence that the delivery is in progress.

  • Proof of Delivery

    All RASE drivers are equipped with a hand-held PDA to provide signature capture. Once a delivery has been signed for an image of the delivery ticket is scanned into the PDA and it’s seamlessly uploaded into the TMS. Customers logging onto the secure RASE portal click on the order to view the recipient’s signature as the initial POD. Upon arrival back at RASE the delivery tickets are scanned into the TMS and then become available for view / download.

  • Goods Inwards

    Upon receipt of goods into RASE the WMS produces a bar-coded sticker which is applied to each individual pallet. This denotes the pallet contents and provides the stock history for all movements associated with its contents. Customers log onto the secure RASE portal to view their own stock and can place orders or download stock information (via Excel or CSV formats) into their own IT systems.

  • Storage

    RASE unique WMS is bespoke for the storage of both non-hazardous and hazardous products. It is utilised for complex COMAH storage operations and integrates HSG71 Segregation parameters. RASE operators view ‘live plans’ of the contents of the warehouses. Customers log onto the secure RASE portal to view their own stock and can place orders or download stock information (via Excel or CSV formats) into their own IT systems.
